Kevin "Stubby" Campbell, a U.S. Air Force veteran, is the founder and CEO of Patriot Group. He manages the company's day-to-day operations and actively consults. Under his leadership, Patriot Group employs four full-time staff and works with ten independent contractors.

Patriot Group's primary focus is supporting Department of Defense customers, including major defense contractors like Northrop Grumman, RTX, and L3Harris.
